Customizing Statuses
Tagging your clients & projects
To keep things clean, we have one set of tags for clients, one set for billing purposes, and one set of tags for each project type
To manage tags, click Your Name on the top right corner, and select Settings
Click “Color Coding”. Here’s a direct link if you’re already logged in: https://www.taxydo.com/home#!/settings/colors
Quickly read the titles for each group, you should see “Client Color Coding”, “Billing Color Coding” and “Project Color Coding”
Decide what type of tag you’d like to add, then press the [+] button next to the appropriate group
You will get the ability to select a Color, enter a Tag Name, and select if this tag should be displayed on the dashboard.
Once You’ve Got Some Tags
Open any project or client profile
Click “Edit Client Tags” or “Edit Billing Tags” (client profile only) or “Edit Project Tags” (project profile only)
Activate or deactivate tags and hit save
Note: Billing tags will display as a large banner on the clients profile and projects - use this one sparingly
